About Alchemy by Stars (on Ice)

 

Hi, I’m Sarah — Coach, Bodyworker, and Fellow Adult in the Arena.

I’m a licensed massage therapist and adult figure skater who came back to the ice after a long break — just like many of my clients. I know what it’s like to juggle responsibilities, work through injuries (and insecurities), and still crave expression, strength, and presence.

I created Alchemy by Stars as a bridge between performance and healing. Here, you don’t have to choose between pushing your body and listening to it. Whether you’re pursuing skating goals or navigating the stress of daily life, I’ll help you move with more freedom and awareness.
